Conditions for booking tour packages can be via email, phone or whatapp confirmation, after the price of the tour package is agreed, the customer must provide a 50% mark of the total tour price so that we can prepare the driver and car for the tour and if there is a cancellation, it must be notified One Day Before and will subject to a 25% fee, and 25% down payment will be returned to guests, except for the Nusa Penida Island Tour Package 50% down payment cannot be returned to guests.
Weather conditions that may change, we anticipate by providing umbrellas or sun lotions so that our guests can enjoy a tour during their holidays during bad weather conditions. Our guests can also change destinations if the weather conditions are bad with the same tour class.
Road conditions that are jammed and damaged are beyond our capacity but our driver will always find alternative roads if possible related to small roads in Bali and religious ceremonies that encourage your trip to be disrupted because it is beyond our capacity, but our driver will definitely maximize service so you are more comfortable and safe.
for accidents that occur during the tour if it happens due to guests’ own mistakes it is not our responsibility and always ask the consideration of a guide / driver before carrying out dangerous activities during the tour.
The entrance ticket for tourist attractions in Bali and Nusa Penida Island is the responsibility of our guests when visiting this attraction, which is our responsibility only car park tickets, car fuel and food for the driver, for tips to the driver we handed it over to the guests because there is no obligation for that and also if our driver is not polite, we will give a strong warning if this happens during the tour.
